Additional Consulting Program (ACP)
The Additional Consulting Program is the
ideal "guardian" for the off-site owner.
This is a weekly program where the lot’s
data is extracted, analyzed and reviewed
by our staff of consultants for any
exceptions to policy. In a weekly
conference call, the 10-week Tracking
Report and Written Comments are reviewed
with the owner and Manager and
recommendations are discussed. Included
are 3 On-site Business Reviews per year
and a weekly General Topic (great for
training meetings).
Data Tracking Service (DTS)
The Data Tracking Service provides a
weekly spreadsheet tracking over 100
different numbers detailing the activity
at your DCF dealership. The report
reflects 10 weeks of data at a glance
and includes charts and graphs to aid in
spotting trends in sales, collections
and cash management. Included is a
weekly General Topic .
Associate On-Lot Training Program (OLT)
The Associate On-Lot Training Program is
the most comprehensive training program
in the Buy Here-Pay Here industry today.
The program works together with the
store manager to ensure that your
Associates are trained in all the basics
of the Dealer Controlled Finance system.
Training is conducted at your dealership
by the Manager and then Associates are
tested by a CarBiz Consultant during a
weekly phone call. The Consultants will
answer any questions regarding each
completed section, discuss the section
and quiz the Associate. After passing
all sections and a final exam the
Associates will receive a certificate of
completion indicating they are certified
in all aspects of the DCF system.
On-Site Business Review
With an On-Site Business Review you can
ensure your lot is still in compliance
with DCF Policies and Procedures. A
CarBiz Consultant will inspect your lot
for overall compliance and condition;
physically inspect the inventory for
cleanliness & compliance; analyze bank
deposit and cash handling procedures;
review collection activities; audit deal
folders for policy compliance; review
Program Applications for verification
and completeness; inspect files for
proper inventory & deal documentation;
review staff training & knowledge and
provided the owner an extensive report
with recommendations. Discounts apply
for multiple locations.
On-Site Training
The On-Site Training can be customized
to meet your needs. We can provide
training concentrated on one aspect of
the DCF System such as Sales or
Collections or can do a general day of
training covering all facets of DCF.
Training can involve just Associates,
just the Manager or the entire staff. We
will design the training topics covered
in an in-depth consultation with the
owner or Exception Maker.
