“Carbiz ROCKS it with satisfaction”

After walking away from other dealers with questionable sales practices, last Saturday, we found CARBIZ ….and they ROCK IT with customer satisfaction!. Matt, Chris, Katie and Daryoush AKA D, were patient and not pushy. A special thanks to Daryoush for expressing words of kindness, and respect, when I was having a bad salesman flashback.

I went to Carbiz expecting it to be like any other dealership, but I found it to be different from others. I felt no pressure into making a purchase, and they worked with my requests to the best of their ability. When test driving, I was not nervous and even when I decided to “sleep” on the information so i could make my final decision, there was still no pressure. They just told me they would follow up with me and whenever I was ready they would be willing to help, and everyone did

I had a awesome experience at car biz. I saw the vehicle I wanted online called and spoke to Chris White and he told me come in. I went in met Chris and he made my experience quick and easy. No pressure was added on me and he even suggested somethings to help me make my decision. now I am a proud owner of a New Jaguar and I love it.
